Quality Counts CA Regional Hubs Professional Learning Institute

The Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits launched an intensive leadership development program intended to create strong, mission-driven early childhood leaders capable of leading high-performance, quality organizations, filling a critical gap in professional development for ECE providers. The ECE Leadership Cohort, in partnership with QUALITY MATTERS a STRONG START for kids, supported mid-career professionals with taking ownership of their leadership roles within their organizations. This effort was designed to address the need for flexible and creative options on the pathway to quality for all.
